Overview

The applicant is required to obtain a work invitation from a Korean company that is no less than 3 months old and must be submitted in the original.

Documents required for submission

Work documents:

For employees:

– Business letter (translated into English)
- His work summary permit (translated into English.)
– Salary certificate (translated into English.)
– Bank statement for the last 6 months (translated into English).

Businessmen/self-employed people:

– Work license (translated into English).
– Chamber of Commerce (translated into English).
– Commercial register (translated into English).
– The company’s latest tax receipt (translated into English).
- Recent invoices or any other papers proving the existence of commercial exchanges by the Libyan company with a company or companies abroad or internally, or both (translated into English).
– Company account statement for the last 6 months (translated into English).
– Personal bank statement for the last 6 months (translated into English).

Retirees:

– The pensioner’s card/certificate or his partner’s certificate.

Wife (housewife):

– An acknowledgment of financial responsibility for travel and accommodation costs signed by the spouse or parent and notarized, in addition to proof of their income (labor certificate, salary slips).

Personal documents:

– For single people: birth certificate (translated into English).
– For married people: family status (translated into English).
– (2) photos with a white background.
– Passport (must contain at least two blank pages and have an expiry date of at least 3 months after the end of travel).
– A copy of the relevant pages of the passport and previous Schengen visas.

Minor children:

– Sign the visa application and submit it in the presence of the parents, attaching the family status certificate.

the students:

– Student card, school attendance certificate, confirmed certificate of registration at school/university.
